Our manufacturing facilities continue to run smoothly and efficiently with strong capacity, while the new corporate space was designed to house our expanding design, sales, quality control and customer service teams under one roof, so we can deliver a faster, more seamless one-stop customization experience for kids' wear brands worldwide.
While our 4,000 m² manufacturing facilities and 100+ production team continue to thrive at our factory site, this new 9th-floor corporate office brings our 16 years of accumulated capabilities—including a library of over 5,000 design styles—into a highly integrated service hub. What this change brings is unparalleled speed, enabling the team behind our production power to talk to each other, and to you, faster than ever.
That single-floor arrangement is the real upgrade. In a customization business, most of the time between an enquiry and a shipped order is not spent sewing — it is spent waiting for a decision to travel between desks. One floor puts design beside sales, sales beside merchandising, and quality control and customer service beside the team that owns your account. The space holds 30 workstations for a team of 20 today: headroom for the account managers and designers we expect to add.
Our design team has moved into a spacious, light-filled studio built for the way childrenswear is actually developed: mood boards on the wall, fabric headers within reach, samples on the table. The upgrade speeds up development of on-trend activewear, sleepwear and holiday collections, and shortens turnaround on custom tech packs. Our team releases over 50 new or upgraded designs every week, and most buyer projects begin by adapting one — a different neckline, a longer sleeve, a print rescaled for a smaller size range. With designers beside sales, a request becomes a workable spec in one conversation. The studio also keeps the seasonal calendar in view: holiday programs are developed while spring ranges are still in production, so a new collection never starts from a blank page.
Equipped with high-definition video conferencing, our new meeting rooms make cross-border communication effortless — from a routine order update to a detailed development alignment with European and US clients. Two rooms mean two conversations at once, across time zones that rarely overlap. Tech packs, print files and size grading are shared on screen and marked up live, so a comment becomes a decision in the meeting instead of a document circulating for days. Sessions can be recorded for your team, and the rooms double as a working space when your sourcing team visits Yiwu.
The upgraded showroom displays our latest fabric innovations, scallop-edge yoga collections and seasonal custom apparel. It does what a PDF catalog cannot: a buyer can feel the hand of a brushed jersey, check the recovery of a yoga knit, and compare two prints at real scale before committing to a run. Seasonal ranges sit alongside their fabric headers and approved color cards, so a spring program can be reviewed in one place and compared against a previous order. Appointments are welcome in person, or as a live video walkthrough if travel is not practical.
A dedicated photo studio lets us shoot catalog and product-detail images, video and live walkthroughs under consistent conditions — in wholesale, a photo taken in mixed light makes a color look wrong. Beside it, a color area combines a matching station with our swatch and approved lab-dip library, so a buyer's Pantone TCX reference is checked against what the mill can deliver before a quote goes out, and repeat orders do not restart from a photograph.
Our team is thriving in this high-efficiency workspace, bringing renewed energy and dedication to our clients. The showroom has hosted its first seasonal reviews, and the meeting rooms have replaced a good share of the email threads that used to stretch a development cycle.
Two months is long enough to see the difference in daily work. Color questions are answered against a filed swatch instead of a new lab-dip request; sample comments reach the pattern room the same day; product images come from a studio rather than a borrowed corner of the building.
None of this touches what buyers rely on most. The factory, its equipment, workforce and quality-control process were not relocated; production capacity, MOQs and lead times are unchanged. What changed is the office side of an order: quoting, color confirmation, sample comments and product images. Existing orders keep the same account contact, inspection checkpoints and shipping documents.
